Bad. Nycole did all she could to make sure we would call that particular house a home. She lovingly prepared our old home for sale. Her and her crew took beautiful pictures of our old home and sold it in a week. Nycole made what would usually be a pretty stressful experience, a smooth one. She reminded my husband and me often of exactly what we needed to be doing or signing or preparing that week in order to make each sale go through. Nycole Kostalec worked with me over Zoom patiently showing me untold numbers of homes. She would set up appointments and would also set up showings at homes I would suggest.
